Job description
客室およびパブリックエリアの清掃品質を維持・向上するため、ハウスキーピング業務全体の管理・監督をご担当いただきます。
You will be responsible for managing and supervising all housekeeping operations to maintain and enhance the cleanliness standards of guest rooms and public areas.
· 客室および館内の清掃状況のチェック・品質管理
· ハウスキーピングスタッフの指導・教育・業務指示
· 清掃用品・リネン類の在庫管理および発注
· 客室のステータス管理およびフロントとの連携
· 衛生・安全基準の遵守および改善活動
· クレーム対応およびサービス品質の向上
· ブランドスタンダードに基づいた客室環境の維持
· Inspect and ensure the cleanliness and quality of guest rooms and public areas
· Supervise, train, and assign tasks to housekeeping staff
· Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, and handle ordering
· Manage room status and coordinate with the Front Office
· Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards and drive continuous improvements
· Handle guest complaints and enhance service quality
· Maintain guest room standards in accordance with brand guidelines

· 衛生管理に関する基本的な知識
· 英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力
· 細部まで注意を払える方
Required
· Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred
· Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
· Basic communication skills in English
· Strong attention to detail
