Job description
ホテルの顔として、お客様対応およびフロント業務全般をご担当いただきます。
As the face of the hotel, you will be responsible for guest service and all front desk operations.
· チェックイン・チェックアウト業務
· お客様からのお問い合わせ対応(対面・電話・メール)
· 予約管理およびデータ入力
· 客室のアサインおよびアップセルの提案
· 会計業務および精算対応
· 他部門(ハウスキーピング・レストラン等)との連携
· ブランドスタンダードに基づいたサービス提供
· Handle check-in and check-out procedures
· Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
· Manage reservations and perform data entry
· Assign rooms and promote upselling opportunities
· Handle billing, payments, and cashiering duties
· Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Restaurants, etc.)
· Deliver services in accordance with brand standards

· 英語での接客対応が可能な方(その他言語も歓迎)
· シフト勤務(夜勤含む)が可能な方
· 基本的なPCスキル
· ホスピタリティ精神をお持ちの方
· 明るく丁寧な対応ができる方
Required
· Previous experience in a hotel front desk role
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to provide guest service in English (additional languages are a plus)
· Availability to work shifts, including night shifts
· Basic PC skills
· Strong sense of hospitality
· Positive attitude with a courteous and professional demeanor
