当ホテルでは、 ディレクター・オブ・セールス を募集しています。
シニアセールスマネージャー、セールスマネージャー、セールスエグゼクティブを統括し、ホテル全体の売上最大化に向けたセールス戦略の立案・実行を担うポジションです。コマーシャルディレクターの指示のもと、チームをリードし、成果創出を推進していただきます。
What will I be doing?
The Director of Sales oversees day to day sales efforts of Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Executives, with specific responsibilities for directing sales, training, and implementing action plans set forth in the marketing plan, under the general guidance and supervision of the Commercial Director and in keeping with the delegation of authority.

· セールスチームのマネジメントおよび売上目標達成のリード
· セールス戦略・アクションプランの策定と実行
· 主要顧客(キーアカウント)の管理・関係構築
· 市場・競合分析および販売施策の調整
· マーケティング、レベニューマネジメント、オペレーション部門との連携
· 予算・フォーキャスト・マーケットプラン策定への参画
· チーム育成、トレーニング、評価の実施
· Oversee the overall sales of hotel products, including rooms, banquets, and catering
· Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
· Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans
· Manage and build relationships with key accounts
· Analyze market trends and competitors, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
· Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations teams
· Participate in the development of budgets, forecasts, and market plans
· Lead team development, including training and performance management

Requirements
·
Proven management experience in sales with strong leadership skills
·
In-depth understanding of the local market with strong analytical capabilities
·
Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform under pressure
·
Ability to work effectively in both English and Japanese
·
Ability to demonstrate Hilton’s Values (Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, and Now)
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in an international or luxury hotel environment
· Business-level English communication skills
· Understanding of revenue management and commercial strategy
