当ホテルでは、アシスタント・ディレクター・オブ・セールス（カンファレンス＆イベント）を募集しています。
ディレクター・オブ・セールスのもと、団体宿泊、会議、宴会、イベントに関するセールス活動全般を統括し、売上・収益最大化と長期的な顧客関係構築を担うシニアポジションです。

What will I be doing?

We are currently seeking an  Assistant Director of Sales (Conference & Events)  to join our team.
This senior role supports the Director of Sales and is responsible for leading all sales activities related to group rooms, meetings, banquets, and events. The position plays a key role in driving revenue growth while building long-term relationships with clients.

·  客室・会議・宴会・イベント収益の最大化
·  セールスチームによる案件獲得・成約までの支援および進捗管理
·  主要顧客（キーアカウント）の管理および長期的な関係構築
·  市場動向・競合・業績分析に基づく戦略調整
·  オペレーション、マーケティング、レベニューマネジメント部門との連携
·  見積書・契約書の管理および顧客フォローアップ
·  予算策定、フォーキャスト、事業計画への参画
·  主要顧客・パートナー・VIPへのホテル代表対応

 

·  Lead, manage, and develop the Conference & Events sales team
·  Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the hotel’s overall commercial and marketing objectives
·  Maximize revenue across guest rooms, meetings, banquets, and events
·  Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion, ensuring performance and accountability
·  Manage key accounts and build strong, long-term client relationships
·  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to refine strategies
·  Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams
·  Oversee proposal and contract management, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
·  Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
· 
Represent the hotel in interactions with VIP clients, key partners, and stakeholders

·  外資系ホテルまたはラグジュアリーホテルでの勤務経験
·  英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
·  レベニューマネジメントや商業戦略への理解

 

What are we looking for?

 

Required:

·  Extensive experience in group and/or event sales within the hospitality industry
·  Proven leadership and team management experience with a track record of delivering results
·  Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
·  Excellent negotiation and communication skills
·  Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for service excellence

Preferred:

·  Experience in international or luxury hotel brands
·  Business-level proficiency in English
·  Understanding of revenue management and commercial strategy
