ホテルのレストラン、バー、宴会・会議(C&B)部門をサポートし、各アウトレットを収益性の高い事業として運営しながら、ヒルトンのブランド基準に沿った高い顧客満足度を実現していただきます。
What will I be doing?
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager has the key responsibility of ensuring that all Food & Beverage outlets, Conference and Banqueting operations are managed as successful independent profit centers, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and consistency in line with Hilton International standards. He / she will achieve these through the key strategies of planning, controlling, organizing and marketing.

· サービス・衛生・安全(OH&S)・オペレーション標準の遵守と管理
· 日々のオペレーション計画、要員配置、業務指示・改善
· 他部署(フロント、営業、施設管理等)との連携
· メニュー改定、プロモーション、売上機会の創出支援
· コスト管理、売上・予算管理、レポート作成
· チームメンバーの採用、育成、評価、トレーニング
· 忙しい時間帯での現場サポート・サービス参加
·
Manage and support restaurant, F&B outlets, and banquet/conference operations
·
Handle guest interactions, including requests and complaints, and drive service improvements
·
Ensure compliance with service standards, hygiene, safety (OH&S), and operational procedures
·
Plan daily operations, including staffing, task assignment, and process improvement
·
Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, Sales, Engineering, etc.)
·
Support menu updates, promotions, and revenue-generating initiatives
·
Manage cost control, revenue performance, budgeting, and reporting
·
Oversee recruitment, training, development, and performance management of team members
·
Provide hands-on support and actively participate in operations during peak periods

· 4~5つ星ホテルでの管理職経験2~4年
· F&Bおよび宴会運営に関する実務知識・経験
· 英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力(会話・読み書き)
· 数値管理(売上・原価・人件費)に関する理解力
· リーダーシップと高いコミュニケーション力
· ゲスト志向で、サービス品質向上に積極的な方
· 柔軟性があり、多忙な環境下でも冷静に対応できる方
· チーム育成と自己成長に意欲的な方
· 2–4 years of management experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
· Strong operational knowledge and experience in F&B and banquet operations
· Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
· Solid understanding of financial performance, including revenue, cost, and labor management
· Strong leadership and communication skills

A guest-focused individual with a passion for delivering high-quality service
· Flexible and able to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
