Job description

ホテルの宴会・イベント部門を統括し、ヒルトンの基準に沿った高品質なサービスと効率的な運営を通じて、ゲストに印象的なイベント体験を提供していただきます。

You will oversee the hotel’s banquet and events division, delivering memorable event experiences to guests by ensuring high-quality service and efficient operations in line with Hilton standards.
·  宴会場のセットアップ
·  料理の提供
·  宴会時の進行・確認
·  必要部品の管理、発注
·  お客様の荷物のお預かり、管理など
· 
他部署（キッチン・セールス等）との連携

 

 

· 
Banquet setup (room arrangement) 

· 
Food and beverage service 

· 
Coordination and confirmation of banquet/event proceedings 

· 
Management and ordering of necessary supplies and equipment 

· 
Handling and management of guests’ belongings 

 

· 
Coordination with other departments (Kitchen, Sales, etc.)

 

＜必須＞

·  宴会の業務経験者優遇
·  ゲスト志向で、サービス基準を超える対応ができる方
·  英会話スキルあれば尚可
·  柔軟性があり、繁忙期やプレッシャーのある環境でも前向きに対応できる方
·  長時間勤務や不規則なシフトに対応可能な方

 

·  Banquet experience preferred
·  Guest-focused with a positive attitude
·  English communication skills are a plus
·  Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
·  Willing to work shifts, including long or irregular hours
