ホテルの宴会・イベント部門を統括し、ヒルトンの基準に沿った高品質なサービスと効率的な運営を通じて、ゲストに印象的なイベント体験を提供していただきます。

What will I be doing?

The Banquet Manager is concerned with the strategic management of the Banquet Department, in line with prescribed Hilton Worldwide and hotel policies and procedures. 

·  宴会・イベント運営全般の管理および品質・サービス向上
·  ゲスト対応(要望・苦情対応、フォローアップ、サービス改善)
·  SOP・サービス基準・安全衛生(OH&S)の遵守と教育
·  スタッフのシフト管理、業務指示、育成・評価
·  キッチン、フロント、ハウスキーピング等、他部署との連携
·  イベント履歴管理、再受注につながる運営サポート
·  チームへの指示・情報共有、定例ミーティング参加

 

·  Oversee all banquet and event operations, ensuring high standards of quality and service
·  Handle guest interactions, including requests, complaints, follow-ups, and driving service improvements
·  Ensure compliance with SOPs, service standards, and health and safety (OH&S), and provide team training
·  Manage staff scheduling, task allocation, and support team development and performance evaluation
·  Collaborate with other departments, including Kitchen, Front Office, and Housekeeping
·  Maintain event history records and support operations to drive repeat business
·  Provide clear direction and communication to the team and participate in regular meetings

·  4~5つ星ホテルでの管理職経験2~4年
·  宴会・F&Bオペレーションに関する実務知識
·  英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力
·  強いリーダーシップとチームマネジメント力
·  ゲスト志向で、サービス基準を超える対応ができる方
·  柔軟性があり、繁忙期やプレッシャーのある環境でも前向きに対応できる方
·  長時間勤務や不規則なシフトに対応可能な方

 

· 
2–4 years of management experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment

· 
Strong operational knowledge of banquet and F&B operations

· 
Basic English communication skills

· 
Strong leadership and team management capabilities

· 
A guest-focused individual who consistently delivers service beyond established standards

· 
Flexible and able to maintain a positive attitude in busy and high-pressure environments

· 
Ability to work long hours and adapt to irregular shifts
