フロントオフィスのメンバーとして、チームの管理を行いつつ、フロントデスクにてチェックイン、チェックアウト等実務も担当していただきます。

ホテルのシフト責任者として、日々のオペレーションを統括しながら、ゲスト満足度の向上およびサービス品質の維持・改善を担ってくださる方を募集しております。

As a member of the Front Office team, you will oversee team management while also handling hands-on duties at the front desk, including check-in and check-out procedures.
As the shift leader, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, while driving guest satisfaction and maintaining and enhancing service quality.

·  フロントデスクおよびゲストサービスの統括
·  ゲスト対応・クレーム対応
·  VIP対応および館内巡回
·  各部署(ハウスキーピング、F&B等)との連携
·  スタッフへの指示出し・サポート
·  サービス基準の維持・向上

 

·  Oversee overall shift operations
·  Supervise Front Desk and Guest Services operations
·  Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
·  Manage VIP guests and conduct regular property inspections
·  Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
·  Provide direction and support to team members
·  Maintain and enhance service quality standards

·  リーダー経験歓迎

Required

·  Previous experience in hotel Front Desk
·  Leadership experience is an advantage
·  Good English communication skills
·  A guest-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
·  A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
·  Ability to maintain a positive attitude and perform effectively under pressure
