Third-Party Assurance Co-ordinator

National Salary Circa £40,000

London Salary Circa £45,000

We are currently recruiting for a career driven and tenacious individual join our Third-Party Information Security Assurance (TPISA) Team. This is a great job for someone seeking a new opportunity to apply their skills in a challenging and fast paced role. We would be looking for you to share your Information Security expertise, acting as the single point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders!

A bit about the job:

Having an interest in or some experience of information security auditing or assurance would be advantageous for the role as you will collaborate and work with internal partners, external consultants, and Aviva suppliers. Your role will be to assess and assure our suppliers against industry standard information security controls to identify key gaps or risks and support any subsequent remediation activity that may follow from the review as part of ongoing assurance. Additional duties will include:

Completing assessments across our critical suppliers

· 
Recognising gaps in supplier security controls and working with suppliers to help them fix

· 
Working collaboratively with the internal TPISA, Data Privacy, CISO and Procurement teams to keep Aviva and our customers safe

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

· 
Understand and communicate overall risk posture of suppliers by delivering assessments as part of the annual assurance process

· 
Excellent stakeholder management, reporting and communication skills

· 
Working collaboratively with teams from other disciplines within Aviva and with the supplier

· 
Experience in performing information security or IT security audits

· 
Have an interest in educational development through certifications, training, and self-learning

Starting salary of circa £40,000 (National) and circa £45,000 (London based applicants) depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
