Sales Support – Starting salary from £23,900

A bit about the job:

As a Sales Support at Aviva, your role predominantly involves communicating with Financial Advisers via phone calls, supplemented by managing emails. You'll provide efficient assistance and top-notch service, ensuring advisers' needs are promptly addressed. Effective communication over both phone and email channels is vital for delivering excellent support and fostering strong adviser relationships.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

· 
Previous customer service experience, whether on the phone or face-to-face.

· 
Strong IT skills, proficiency in MS Office, and attention to detail.

· 
Ability to identify opportunities, tackle problems, and make data-driven decisions.

· 
Natural curiosity and a positive mindset towards continuous improvement.

Starting salary from 23,900 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
