Real Assets Oversight Senior Manager – London

This is a great job for someone who has good knowledge & understanding of the asset management Industry, specifically in connection with real assets.

A bit about the job:

The Real Assets Operations (within COO) operationally manage a range of AIRA assets. This position plays a key role in providing leadership, oversight, and direction for the relationship with our outsourced service providers. The successful candidate will be working with the Real Assets team to provide expert guidance to the team around the set of in scope portfolios, ensuring any issues are remediated as efficiently as possible. You will be partnering with the external fund controllers to ensure optimal service delivery and ensuring a robust oversight model functions effectively. Alongside this the role holder will also be working closely with the real assets investment team to understand their challenges and working with them to remediating where necessary. The role will involve prioritisation so you will need to ensure that deadlines which are the highest priority are met by taking active decisions for the team’s work.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Able to engage well with a wide network of contacts across Aviva AI using internal & external relationships.

Broad understanding of Aviva products & processes.

· 
Track record of successful influencing & relationship management skills

· 
Excellent interpersonal skills able to communicate effectively at all levels with the business and externally.

· 
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise plan and adapt to best use resources to meet deadlines for multiple deliverables.
