Social Media Manager – Salary: Circa £44,000

A bit about the job:

As a member of our dynamic marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our corporate products to life through social media platforms. We are seeking an individual with experience in B2B and intermediated channels, capable of crafting engaging content to resonate with our corporate audience. You will collaborate across business areas and disciplines to develop integrated campaigns and solutions, emphasizing impact measurement and results delivery. Experience of Financial Services and pensions would be an added bonus. You’ll also need to be creative and curious. We're seeking someone who’s willing to test out and try new marketing approaches to find what works, rather than accepting the standard way of doing things. In this role, you’ll create and own the social media plan, along with the reporting of the results.

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Creation and delivery of a social media strategy for B2B Corporate clients and Advisers, including strategy management and experience working with budgets for paid and organic social media.

· 
Schedule management of the social media calendar, aligned to Workplace, Health and Protection campaigns and wider Aviva activity and conduct performance reporting, analytics, trends, test and learn, and optimization.

· 
Build prospect audiences, develop audience profiling, developing personas targeting B2B audiences and work closely with the wider B2B marketing teams to deliver integrated cross-channel campaigns.

· 
Build a strong relationship with key stakeholders and distribution teams in the business and enable them to amplify our social media footprint and deliver social media channel expertise and support the growth of the team in social media best practice/value of social.

· 
Act as a key member of the Aviva social media community, collaborating on social activities and managing brand reputation and risk on @AvivaBusiness social channels.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Proven experience in creating and delivering social media strategies for B2B corporate clients and advisers.

· 
Demonstrated ability to manage social media calendars, conduct performance reporting, and optimize campaigns for impact.

· 
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines.

· 
Creative mindset with a willingness to explore and implement new marketing approaches.

· 
Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you’ll get for this role:

Salary – Circa £44,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).

Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
