We are looking for a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager, Partnership Development to join or vibrant and exciting Affinity Sales team!
Reporting to the Partnership Manager, you will focus on partnership collaborations to generate sales revenue, work collaboratively with our sales team, and you be supported by teams comprising marketing, analytics, product and more.

Role Purpose
· Own partner relationship end-to-end, from initial scoping, to negotiation and launch and establish new business opportunities.
· Forge and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of partners, to jointly develop strategic campaigns.
· Identify client’s journey, including priorities and interests, to engage, educate, sell, upsell and maintain positive long-term relationships.
· Develop strategic roadmap to increase business opportunities.
· Qualify, nurture and engage inbound leads to conversion, to maximize sales efficiency.
· Co-ordinate with both internal and external stakeholders from ideation to execution.
Required Capabilities
· Degree in Business / Marketing
· Minimally 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development or marketing in the Financial Services industry.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to think and communicate creatively.
· Strong analytical skills and able to evaluate opportunities from strategic, brand, and operational perspectives.
· Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams.
· Tactical executor with ability to shift from big picture to detailed operations.
· Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance.
