Adobe Execution Manager
Salary: National circa £40,000, London salary £50,000 - £60,000
We are looking for an expert CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system user, who has prior experience of building, quality checking and deploying marketing campaigns, to undertake the position of Adobe Execution Manager.
Prior knowledge of Adobe Campaign is essential , plus we need someone with a tech savvy, data analytical mindset, who enjoys solving CRM issues, and can work collaboratively, suggesting and contributing to campaign ideas with ease.
A bit about the job:
This is a new role within our CRM Centre of Excellence, which sits within Aviva’s wider Customer & Marketing team. You will report into our Adobe Execution Lead and will be tasked with delivering campaigns, via Adobe Campaign, to support acquisition, cross sell, customer engagement and retention across all Aviva products. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and optimising of all BAU campaigns, as well as accountable for building new, innovative campaigns.
Aviva introduced “smart-working” in 2020 and encourage flexible working; however, the successful post-holder will need to be based a commutable distance from our London, Norwich, Bristol or York offices.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Prior experience undertaking a CRM focused marketing role, with system experience of Adobe Campaign.

Knowledge of contributing to data briefs, developing workflows, and deploying marketing campaigns via the Adobe CRM system, ensuring recommendations are made to improve campaign performance.

Experience of building and executing campaigns across multi-channel touchpoints including: paid media custom audiences, email, SMS and push notifications.
·
Ability to manage, and meet deadlines for, multiple campaigns, at different stages, simultaneously.
·
Strong analytical skills are needed to complete campaign reporting and insights tasks successfully.

Starting salary: National circa £40,000, London based salary between £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
