Job role

The Reporting Specialist - FP&A is responsible for financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role focuses on delivering accurate financial insights, improving processes through automation and AI-driven solutions, maintaining financial controls, and providing ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical financial skills with a passion for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to optimize financial processes, enhance data analytics capabilities, and drive innovation in financial planning and analysis. 

 

What you will do

  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including P&L statements, variance analysis, and performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards and KPI tracking tools for management review, leveraging AI-powered analytics where applicable
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) and provide insightful commentary on financial performance
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Monitor financial performance trends and proactively identify risks and opportunities using predictive analytics and AI tools
  • Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with business owners and stakeholders
  • Coordinate quarterly/monthly forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
  • Develop financial models and scenarios to support strategic planning and decision-making, exploring AI-driven forecasting techniques
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across all systems (SAP, Excel, SNOW, reporting tools etc.) 

 

What you bring

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or related finance roles
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting tools
  • Track record of process improvement and optimization initiatives
  • Experience with AI tools, automation, or data science applications in finance is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and digital transformation 
  • We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team

 

You have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, financial modeling, Power Query)
  • Proficiency in financial systems: SAP, SAP BW, or similar ERP systems
  • Familiarity with AI-powered analytics platforms
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and applications in finance
