DIGITAL MARKETING APPRENTICE W/M - Allianz - FRANCE

Job description

Our Digital Marketing Apprentice will work closely with Allianz Trade for Multinationals - Specialty Credit & Mid-term Marketing team for the execution of the digital distribution & marketing strategy, the implementation of digital tools and the running of the digital marketing campaigns, together with complementary CRM data quality analysis and customer and broker engagement initiatives.

As part of this 12‑month apprenticeship, the apprentice will contribute to the following responsibilities:

Data management, regular and ad hoc reports and performances analysis using marketing automation and CRM tools
Digital marketing campaigns follow-up for lead acquisition, nurturing, conversion and customer engagement using the best tools on the market (LinkedIn, Highspot, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe analytics, AEM, etc.)
Website Management: Maintenance of the corporate and local websites (SEO, Form conversion) and transversal topics with the Content and communication manager
Lead management: Database monitoring and maintenance
Support the launch, maintenance and further developments of new digital projects
Ability to create impactful presentations adapted to different audiences (synthesizing complex information in order to communicate clearly)
Ability to produce and to analyse performance KPIs, including the campaign’s performance. Excel is a must have

Profile

Currently studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communication, or Data/Business Analytics.
Analytical skills: Ability to work with KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and produce clear reports. Strong Excel skills are required.
Curiosity or initial experience with marketing and CRM tools (Marketo, Salesforce), analytics platforms, and social media tools
Comfortable managing databases, monitoring leads, and ensuring data quality.
Ability to create clear and impactful presentations adapted to different audiences.
Team spirit: Enjoys working collaboratively with different teams in an international environment.
Eager to learn and open to taking initiative.
