As a Systems Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end test plans and test cases, ensuring that our software solutions are functional, reliable, and compatible with other systems. Your work will directly contribute to the seamless delivery of innovative solutions that drive our business forward.

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid - In-office Tuesdays and Thursdays)

What You'll Do

Support testing for corporate projects, enhancements, and break-fixes, ensuring all technology systems meet quality standards.
Act as a liaison between key business stakeholders, the Development Team, and Business System Analysts to coordinate testing activities.
Create and execute thorough test plans and test cases, including regression suites, using approved templates in Azure DevOps.
Perform comprehensive system testing, including Smoke, Localization, Integration, and Performance Testing, and isolate, document, and verify defects.
Lead defect calls and demos, providing routine test status updates and open defect reporting to stakeholders.
Facilitate test plan reviews, track stakeholder approvals, and maintain documentation to ensure audit compliance.
Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud‑based tools, using insights responsibly and in alignment with our standards for data governance, security, and ethical use

What You'll Bring

1–3 years of UI Functional testing experience
Basic computer and mobile/smart device literacy, with knowledge of relevant CRM and web platforms.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows, SQL, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internet browsers.
Experience with Playwright or other modern UI automation tools is a plus; not a must have.
Strong critical-thinking, situational analysis, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Testing certification.
Experience in an insurance or call center environment.

What we offer

Annualized base pay range is $59,670 - $87,500

Actual base pay may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. Employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses, merit increases, and other incentives based on individual and company performance. The availability and amount of these additional compensation elements are determined by company policy and may vary.
