Job description

What you do

• Registration, processing, compilation, and completion of claims according to established internal guidelines.
• Approval of claims in accordance with established approval limits.
• Preparing correspondence with clients.
• Receiving incoming and making outgoing calls to clients through the national telephone line regarding information on insurance claims.

What you bring

• Higher education would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
• Computer literacy including abillity to use ChatGPT.
