Job Purpose

We are looking for a Commercial Specialist – Performance Marketing to join our company. The job holder will play a key role in leading and scaling our paid and organic growth strategies.
In this hands-on role, you will own the full-funnel acquisition roadmap, managing paid search, social, and display campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
We are looking for a data-driven marketer with expertise in paid search, and SEO. You will be responsible for optimizing paid acquisition channels, increasing search visibility, and delivering high-quality traffic that converts. You’ll work within the Digital Performance / Digital Leads Factory Team, collaborating across sales, product, marketing and sales finance teams to align acquisition efforts with business goals, ensuring every campaign is backed by data and focused on impact.

This role reports to the Commercial Supervisor - Digital Planning & Design.

 

What you will do

Paid Media & Acquisition

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Social, Display, and Video
  • Execute keyword and bid strategies to reduce CPL and increase ROI
  • Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance based on conversion metrics and revenue contribution

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Support lead-oriented SEO initiatives and site optimization
  • Stay current with AI-driven search evolution (LLMs, AI Overviews) and adapt SEO strategies accordingly
  • Conduct audits, implement recommendations, and benchmark against competitors

Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign data using GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools
  • Use tools like Semji, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Plausible Analytics to track performance and benchmark against competitors
  • Report insights, trends, and optimize spending based on performance
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, experiment with new paid media channels, and contribute to business growth through strategic pitches and innovative marketing solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to evaluate, test and refine the end-to-end multi-channel customer experience

 

What you bring

Must Have

  • University degree in Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, growth, or acquisition roles within enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Social Ads
  • Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Google or Adobe Analytics
  • Strong Excel and data visualization ability
  • High technical fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)

Nice to Have

  • MSc in Marketing, Business, or Analytics
  • Familiarity with performance and marketing tools (eg Adobe analytics, Google Data Studio, Sigma, Webflow, Semji, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Knowledge of the insurance or financial services sector
  • Google Ads or Social Ads certifications
