Key Account Representative - Brokers

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Key Account Representative – Brokers to join our company. The job holder is tasked with contributing to business development, generating new sales, providing sales support and enhancing product development for Brokers channel.
The role reports to the Commercial Manager – Agency, Brokers & Alternative Channels.

 

What you will do

  • Monitor Brokers sales performance, prepare regular progress and statistics reports
  • Develop relationships with the team of selective Brokers
  • Conduct field visits and communicate with existing Brokers network
  • Product and project management
  • Sales support and administration
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints faced by Brokers
  • Serve as a link of communication between Brokers and internal teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of the correct product and quotations
  • Communicate with AGCS for special risks

 

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field will be considered an asset
  • Experience in a client relations or sales role within insurance industry
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Experience with data management, market and customer research, and sales tools
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Project and time management skills
  • Training skills
