Job description

Building and site management and maintenance

Ensuring the normal daily operation of buildings

Ensuring preventive and statutory inspections and revisions and keeping an overview of them

Maintaining technical and operational documentation

Solutions for HVAC repairs (demand - offer - order and subsequent control of repairs by service companies)

Responsibility for the proper operation of the building

Communication across all departments in the company

Candidate skills & requirements

Knowledge of legislation related to the construction, operation and management of buildings

Awareness of technical security of buildings

Orientation in technical documentation

Good negotiation skills

Driver's license B, willingness to travel

English at a communicative level
