This position contributes to our vision by:

 Inspection of bundles at partner sites

 Reads instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards and wire lists.

 Check work performed is in accordance to the work instruction and meeting the customer standards

 Perform Electrical Tests

 Validates work performed and configuration of the bundle

 Complete associated paperwork

 Assist with on the job training of other inspectors

 Assist in projects when needed.

 Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;

 Regular, predictable attendance is required;

 Other duties may be assigned.

 Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent

 1 or more years of experience in Quality Assurance/Inspection/Training Functions. (Wiring manufacturing, MRO, and/or military aircraft experience preferred)

Knowledge/Skills

 Knowledge of standard operation procedures, quality instructions and customer specifications and procedures. (Advanced)

 Ability to complete new hire training requirement. (Basic)

 Ability to work in a team environment using interpersonal skills. (Expert)

 Problem solving/root cause analysis skills. (Adanced)

 Ability to read, interpret and follow specifications, schematics, engineering drawings and parts list for electrical assemblies. (Advanced)

 Strong verbal and written communication skills. (Advanced)

 Ability to self-manage tasks and time. (Advanced)

 Computer skills such as navigating systems using a keyboard/mouse (Basic)
