Job description
Your responsibilities:
·
Prepare and conduct thermal and thermo-mechanical simulation analyses (hand calculations, CFD and using other software/tools) for various engine components.
·
Run technical analyses and justifications, and provide technical expertise in your area of responsibility.
·
Cooperate daily with Polish and French R&D office at various stages of projects.
·
Support the Technical Leader/Manager in defining deadlines, tracking, and reporting work progress, maintaining direct contact with internal stakeholders.
Candidate skills & requirements
Our requirements:
·
Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
·
Understanding of thermal and fluid mechanics theory.
·
Basic understanding of the structure and operation of aircraft engines.
·
Experience in programming and simulation techniques.
·
Teamwork, analytical thinking, self-motivation, "can-do" attitude, and decision-making skills.
·
Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.
·
Willingness to learn and develop new skills and competencies.
·
High attention to detail and accuracy.
·
English language proficiency, minimum B2 level.
Optional
Coding skills in Python and VBA.
Familiarity with thermal or CFD simulation software is an asset.
