Job description

Perform the kitting material ,cutting & printing of sleeves as required the following processes as

per SEP quality requirements

• Manufacturing documents sorting and supply to shop floor according to the Shop order.

• Sleeves and Labels printing

• Rework material issuance to shop floor Etc.

• Ensure the kit preparation activities is according to SEP quality standard and production

standard

• Correct using the tooling and fixture in warehouse

• Perform inventory cycle counts

• Actively Participate in complete the warehouse activities

• Packaging of finish product

• Verify all the documentation corresponds to the product

• Ensure the product is free of FOD

• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects

• Perform all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) related duties as per his / her job

requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable.

• Adhere and respect all HSE procedures/policies/ practices

• Be aware on latest updates on HSE and implement/ follow

• Follow ergo exercises as trained by the medical practitioner/ ergonomics training

• Contribute continuous improvement ideas to HSE program and risk assessments

• Engage and actively support the HSE initiatives and encourage others to involve

• Ensure all the team members are trained, aware and strictly adhere to all HSE procedures/policies/ practices

• Implement/support and respect all HSE initiatives including HSE standards, GPI's, Risk

assessments, audit actions, training/awareness sessions conducted by authorized personnel

and other related HSE topics

• Initiate analysis of accidents/incidents or potential risk situation and implement appropriate

actions to mitigate and avoid recurrence

• Serve as custodian for safe work practices, Perform HSE prevention plan for onsite service

providers
