National Salary Circa £55,000
London Salary Circa £65,000
Due to growth and a number of internal projects we have a unique opportunity for a Audit Change Manager to join our team.
This is a great job for someone with previous experience looking for an exciting challenge to help us transform performance and implement our group’s strategy!
A bit about the job:
Working in an agile team of subject matter experts, you will contribute to the assurance assessment of the groups change and transformation efforts to help ensure Aviva can safely deliver against strategic goals. You will ensure success by understanding how the work is being planned and executed, assess for any gaps that limit effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. Working collaboratively with colleagues you will assist in the planning and delivery of assurance assessments, as well a supporting the production of objective, concise and insightful audit reports.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Experience in either auditing and change transformation project, program delivery or providing assurance services to programs
·
Customer and Data migration experience is key
·
Experience gained from working within an insurance or relevant financial services function, audit firm or highly regulated industry
·
Ability to challenge, deliver and communicate with senior stakeholders
·
Strength of conviction in deliver your message

Starting salary of circa £55,000 (National) and circa £65,000 (London based applicants) depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications

Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
