National Salary Circa £65,000
London Salary Circa £75,000
We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced Second Line of Defence Senior Technology Risk Manager to coordinate and manage technology risk within our business.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in change and program management, as well as comprehensive knowledge of technology risk frameworks and regulatory requirements. You will be supporting with large change programs to support our customers and the market in a safe and sustainable manner!
A bit about the job:
This role is key to our business as you will support and coordinate the delivery of 2nd line oversight and challenge how change and technology risks are handled. You will coordinate the timely and beneficial responses to key risks and issues whilst analysing information to provide insights that inform/support decision making across strategic change programs.
You will also support the business in the effective assessment and, where required, remediation of their change risks and associated key controls and control initiatives (inc. deep dives & control testing) as required.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
· Experience and knowledge of change processes, controls, and risks (e.g., Transformation or Modernization experience) with a consistent record of successful implementation and oversight of technology-related initiatives
· In-depth knowledge of industry risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements, such as COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and articulate technology risks and their potential impacts on the program and the organisation
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with various stakeholders. Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive risk management initiatives and promote a strong risk culture within the program
· Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tasks

· National salary circa £65,000, London salary circa £75,000 depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
