Job description

Navigator Investment Services Ltd (“NISL”) is licensed by MAS as a Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licensee under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap.289) to deal in securities, provide custodial services and provide advice in relation to securities. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aviva plc. In Singapore, NISL will have its own management team but take some shared services from Aviva Ltd and Aviva Asia.

The Navigator platform is administered by NISL. Navigator is an integrated investment portfolio administration service that functions like a hub to bring together the products and tools to facilitate the management of investment portfolio by customers and Financial Advisers. Navigator provides the following services:

Aggregation of the investment funds;

· 
Administration services to manage the total investment portfolio;

· 
Custodial services for the retail client’s investment holdings;

· 
Website solutions for the FA’s to transact, manage and track clients’ portfolio; and

· 
Provision of a portal for direct clients to purchase and manage their investment portfolio and obtain advice, if required

We are a team who focus on improving customers’ experience with continual review of our workflows and processes and the use of technology to optimize and automate. We welcome energized and motivated candidate to join us and be part of the Change Solutions and Technology team. The Technology Change & Service Manager will be leading a team of testers and responsible for the following:

· 
Work with Technology Partners to ensure that Technology Services provided to Navigator are compliant to MAS Technology Risk Management Policies & Guidelines which includes remediation and rectification of non-compliances and regular reviews to ensure compliance

· 
Effective communication of Navigator business technology requirements to our Technology Partners (Internal & External)

· 
Ensuring that to that our Technology Partners provide the right level of service & support that will enable Navigator to achieve its business objectives;

· 
Driving Service Level Reporting with Internal Technology Partner on behalf of Navigator;

· 
Working closely with the relevant IT Business Partner (who owns to day-to-day running of service) with emphasis on delivering Navigator business technology requirements;

· 
Delivering Change effectively and efficiently; and

· 
Run & Manage Testing Team including:

· 
Analyse Business User Requirements – system features & functionalities;

· 
Work with Test Lead or Project Business Analysts to: Determine Test Strategy & Objectives and Approve Test Plan, ensure that all tests performed comply with Navigator Test Policies (Change Management Policy) and work with business users to prepare Test Cases and Approve test cases.

Requirements and capabilities

· 
Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies; or

· 
A Computer Science graduate from a reputable university

· 
Background in Investment Operations & Asset Servicing and custody services preferred

· 
Proven experience managing multiple interrelated run and change projects;

· 
Working with senior stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate reporting

· 
Experience in leading Technology Risk Management or control strategies
