Role Description

Aviva are seeking to offer a number of exciting eight week summer placement opportunities, starting on the 4 th July, to work and develop in select areas of the Aviva business in Norwich. These placements are paid roles offered through our temporary workers partner, Adecco, at a competitive rate, dependant on placement undertaken.

At Aviva we help people save for the future and manage the risks of everyday life. Our global business spans General Insurance, Life Insurance, Healthcare and Asset Management and we protect our 30 million customers and the things that are important to them. You will be working for Aviva at a really exciting time as we grow our business through our True Customer Composite and Digital First strategies.

These temporary positions are available in three of our Business Units: UK Digital, General Insurance Claims and UK Life (all roles are based in Norwich).

We are looking for dynamic and ambitious individuals who are pro-active and have an eagerness to learn. You must be able to pick up a mini project and deliver within tight timescales. If you feel this may be you, please see below the positions available

Roles Available – These are summer placements to gain experience within the workplace and where specific knowledge or skills are required, this is indicated. Please note if you are under the age of 18 years when you apply, we will need to confirm with you that you are continuing in Education or Training to satisfy the requirements of the Education Act 2008.

• Key Buyer Research Intern (would suit current or post University student)

• Application Programme Interface Designer (would suit current or post University student)

• IT Developer x6 (would suit current or post University student)

• Customer Adviser / Actuarial Technician (would suit wither current/post A - level or University student)



• Group Protection Administrator (would suit wither current/post A - level or University student)

• Claims Innovation Analyst (would suit current or post University student)

• MI Analyst (would suit wither current/post A - level or University student)

• Claims Change Analyst x2 (would suit wither current/post A - level or University student)
