Senior Quality Assurance Tester
Salary – London: Circa £45,000 / National: Circa £40,000
Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Tester with a passion for ensuring the seamless delivery of technical projects? Aviva is seeking a dedicated individual in the role of Fabric Senior Test Analyst. As part of an agile team working under the Scrum/Kanban methodology, you will play a key role in testing deployments, automation, and system improvements within Fabric. Join us in making processes simpler for Aviva colleagues through your dedication to automation and operational simplification.
In this dynamic role you will:

Detect and promptly raise issues with deployments and development work, offering solutions that consider the broader impact.
·
Thoroughly test deployments and individual work streams, ensuring a comprehensive review of all scenarios.
·
Communicate effectively and consistently with Fabric and IT partners, fostering service delivery continuity, quality, and employee engagement.
·
Identify areas of improvement, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to implement the latest industry standards in testing.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
·
Proficiency in writing test plans for manual, automation, regression, and smoke tests.
·
Solid understanding of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver efficient solutions.
·
Previous experience in testing APIs and UI, with an added bonus for testing AI/ML data.
·
Skills to analyze and test the validity of large datasets, providing a valuable advantage to our testing practices.
·
Past experience in supporting, upskilling, and leading juniors in the team.

Salary – London: Circa £45,000 / National: Circa £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
