What skills do we expect from you

Ideal experience:

· 
Extensive experience and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Platform, and other relevant products. Financial Service Cloud or Health Cloud experience is a plus!

· 
High proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce-specific technologies for development and solution building.

· 
Experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems, utilizing APIs, middleware, and other integration tools

· 
Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modelling, and data migration strategies, ensuring data quality and integrity. Security and Compliance: In-depth understanding of Salesforce security best practices, authentication mechanisms, and compliance with industry regulations

· 
Skill in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, optimizing system responsiveness, and enhancing user experience

· 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, convey technical concepts, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

· 
Excellent technical knowledge and an understanding of the software development process

· 
Ability to deliver on commitments and timelines

· 
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities

· 
Demonstrated experience in coordinating, coaching and mentoring a team

Additionally

· 
Working knowledge of Salesforce automation

· 
Working experience with Azure ADO

· 
Working experience with REST API

· 
Keen on latest trends in technology such as AI and Machine Learning
