Job description
We are looking for a Sales Operations Support Executive to provide support in business submission reporting (Life, Investment, General Insurance, Services & Fees applications).
As a Sales Operations Support Executive, your role includes:
· Providing pre and post- sales support / administration
· Attend to all submission-related enquiries, feedbacks and complaints for Life, Investments and Fees & Referral submissions
· Ad-hoc Projects / Assignments
1. Pre-sale and Post-sale Support
· Attend to all submission-related enquiries, feedbacks and complaints for Life, Investments and Fees & Referral submissions
· Handle Email (administer PIAS New Business Enquiry Mailbox), Calls and Walk-ins as necessary for current ~1,000 advisers
· Investigate, highlight issues/gaps and offer solutions for feedback on service lapses
· For incomplete submission, to send out emails to inform advisers accordingly.
· Liaise with internal departments and/or all Life and Investment providers on submission-related issues
· Follow-up on Compliance cases: e.g. when advised by Compliance, to pull out hardcopy applications to HOLD, inform advisers on additional requirements (such as ECDD Form) etc.
· QA Checking of hardcopy applications
· Un-matched Lodgments vs Commission files
· DocuShare enquiries
2. Ad-hoc Projects / Assignments
· System Migration, Data Cleaning
3. Backup Processor
· Life & Investment hardcopy lodgment when team members on Leave/MC, during high volumes or when most team members WFH due to SMM Guidelines
Education Qualifications
· Minimum Degree
Required Capability
· Proficient in MS Office Application, particularly in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate - Advanced Level)
· Life Insurance with 2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred
· Strong analytical and numerical skills.
· Strong team player
· Strong organization and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
· Strong ability to meet strict deadlines, puts extra effort in when required
· Identifies problems and provides practical solutions
· Accuracy and an eye for detail
· Takes pride in delivering what is promised in line with customer and service expectations
