Job description
We are looking for a Sales Operations Support Executive to provide data reporting support in business submission (Life, Investment, General Insurance, Services & Fees applications).
As a Sales Operations Support Executive, your role includes:
· Providing pre and post- sales support / administration
Lodgment Extraction / Reporting:
· To manage internally and externally sourced data for business reporting:
· Lodgment reporting via excel for Daily, Weekly, Monthly Business Reporting for PS, SG & PFP Group as necessary
· Daily Non Face-To-Face Call-back Listing
· Quality Checks (daily lodgments, lodgments vs approved cases in providers’ reports/portal), High Risk Country/Individual checks during Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting
· AML Daily Report (Individual, Corporate), Queries
· Daily RMS (Aviva) Exception clearing
· MAS reporting (Annual and ad-hoc)
· Providers’ File Upload
· Exceptions / Un-match lodgment before/after Commission Runs
· Ad-hoc lodgment extraction and reporting for investigation, audit etc by Compliance and other departments
· Ensure all reports are accurate before disseminating to management and relevant departments within timeline.
System Errors/Enhancements:
· System error / enhancement requirements, documentation, Bug-tracker etc
· User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Projects / Ad-hoc Assignments:
· To assist and support, amongst others, projects and initiatives including systems and process enhancements within the team.
· System migration: data review and cleaning
Education Qualifications
· Minimum Degree
Required Capability
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Intermediate - Advanced Level (Pivot, Vlookup, etc)
· 2-3 years of Life Insurance backroom experience would be an advantage
· Strong analytical and numerical skills.
· Strong team player
· Strong organization and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
· Strong ability to meet strict deadlines, puts extra effort in when required
· Identifies problems and provides practical solutions
· Accuracy and an eye for detail
· Takes pride in delivering what is promised in line with customer and service expectations
