The Planning and Controls Analyst is contributing to the strategic planning and operational efficiency of various projects. This position requires a detail-oriented person who excels in data analysis and financial planning. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Planview resource allocation is in line with the expectations.
What will you be doing?
· Track and support utilisation of change resources in Planview, including:
- Updating Planview supply and demand
- Regular discussions with resource managers around supply allocation and reason for gaps
- Assisting with future planning for change resources
- Ensure all starters and leavers are appropriately raised and recorded in SLAM and Planview
· Track adherence to set budgets including quarterly work orders
· Assurance of governance activity
· Resource allocation and timeline management
· Financial Analysis
· Project Controls including risk management and issue resolution
· Data Analysis
· Collaboration and communication with stakeholders and project managers.
What we’re looking for?
· Very good stakeholder management and communication skills
· Fluency in spoken and written English
· Experience in data management (ideally in a similar role, finance/accounting knowledge nice to have)
· Intermediate MS Excel skills (tools for analytics and reporting)
· Presentations skills
· Experience in using ERP systems, financial planning software or BI tools would be a strong asset
· Experience in reporting to senior management nice to have.
