Real Assets Investment Oversight Analyst – COO – Luxembourg / London

This role has accountability for management and implementation of the governance infrastructure for Real Asset Managers, working both with internal fund managers and outsourced service partners.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for the oversight of Real Asset Managers within regulated funds as well oversight of the delegate and internal management of Real Assets, including property management and infrastructure management. You will conduct operational due diligence checks for Regulated and Unregulated Funds, working closely with Risk oversight teams. This team has accountability for identification and monitoring of regulatory risks related to outsourced investment activities. It will be important to build and maintain collaborative and productive working relationships with teams from outsourced service providers.

Skills and experience we are looking for

· 
Required IMC or equivalent (or recognised historical knowledge) with CFA or CAIA qualification preferred.

· 
Depth of knowledge of Real Estate and Infrastructure Asset Management.

· 
Experience partnering with Property Management and outsource providers.

· 
Good understanding of Compliance and Regulatory best practice

· 
Effective communicator, together with good planning and analysis skills .
