Project Management Specialist

National salary: Circa £50k

London Salary: Circa £60k

A 12-month secondment to the Greening Finance (GF) Programme within the Regulatory Change portfolio. The role is principally to support the Product Lead for Greening Finance in the transition of the new established Climate-related (TCFD) financial disclosure reporting capability from the programme into BAU.

The GF Programme is responsible for delivering current and upcoming Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) regulations that have an impact on UKLH. Having successfully delivered TCFD

A bit about the job:

Reporting in 2023, the GF programme has two related focal points in the coming 12months:

•Industrialising the capability, improving governance and controls leading to the publication of 2024 Entity and Product Level TCFD reporting

• Transitioning the TCFD reporting capability into the business under a new sustainability reporting function.

The role will be integral to developing and building the TCFD reporting team for the future. The role will see you working across the IWR Life business units as well as developing networks into Group Climate Centre of Excellence and Aviva Investors.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

· 
Supports the transition of the newly established GF programme’s response to the FCA Climate-related (TCFD) Financial Disclosure reporting requirements from project into BAU.

· 
Supports the development of the Organisational Design (OD) and Operating Model for a future Sustainability Reporting Function, with a focus on Climate-related (TCFD) Financial Disclosure.

· 
Works with the GF Product Lead, GF programme team and business areas across IWR to understand and ultimately become an SME for Climate-related (TCFD) Financial Disclosure.

· 
Develops and manages relationships with impacted business teams and suppliers to assist in the production of Climate-related (TCFD) Financial Disclosure as well as the pipeline of change.

· 
Liaise with relevant GF workstreams, business areas, including Group and Aviva Investors to ensure we drive a consistent approach to climate-related financial disclosure across the Aviva enterpriseD and to Participate in cross industry working groups evolving our and the industries approach to Climate-related financial disclosure.

Starting salary Circa £50k - £60k (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
