This position assists the Business Support Manager& Product implementation team lead in life insurance product launch implementation activities
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Product launch implementation activities where one will be trained on new product features and providing requirements and aligning such requirements to our internal system and operations processes.
2. Review the requirements and align them to our system functionalities by reviewing Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans and Test results to ensure its accuracy, and having the chance to work closely with different CS departments and IT colleagues.
3. Review relevant collaterals relating to new products to ensure its accuracy and clarity to both customers and sellers.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Experience in Life Insurance Operations especially in the area of New Business function
2. Meticulous and eye for detail are prerequisite for the role
3. Gain experience in product implementation activities and a good overview of the workstreams involved in product launches

• All Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible for the programme, with the exception of recent graduates who should apply for the SGUnited Traineeships Programme instead.
