Attachment Description
This position reports to the Policy Servicing Team Lead and handles all policy servicing related transactions submitted by customers to achieve the desired service standard and great customer outcomes.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Perform one-stop service delivery in processing policy servicing related request from customer using our core systems.
2. Manage enquiries from Contact Centre, Service Operations and Distribution Channels and providing quality response in line with Aviva’s tone of voice.
3. Contact customers for incomplete / missing documentations.
4. Support any administration needs of the department in case management or documentations.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1.To learn how to use the in-house policy administrative system to perform the following accurately and timely: Clients' details updates, Servicing requests submitted by customers, Payments to customers, Admin follow-up
2. Handling of enquiries and requests from clients
3.To develop telephone skills on outbound calls to follow up with customers for incomplete / missing documentations

9 months
Eligibility Criteria for SGUP-EA:
• All Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible for the programme, with the exception of recent graduates who should apply for the SGUnited Traineeships Programme instead.
