Office Administrator – Global COO – Edinburgh
The Role
Ensuring the delivery of a strong client and staff experience in the Edinburgh office of Aviva Investors
Responsibilities
Ensuring the delivery of a positive client and staff experience through:
•
• Providing a positive reception journey for clients and other guests
• Acting proactively to resolve any property and facilities queries where business head input / decision is not required
• Supporting Office Manager to ensure seamless handover & running of reception, meeting facilities and other administrative duties
Supporting the business head through:
• Providing general administrative duties as required
• Coordinating travel and expenses where required
Requirements
• Relevant experience in a similar role or ability to demonstrate transferrable skills, including outstanding organizational skills, planning, and attention to detail
• Relevant administrative qualification would be advantageous
• Any previous Financial Services or Investment / Asset Management experience would also be useful
• Excellent technical skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Autonomous, flexible, and calm under pressure
• Great communication skills – written and verbal
