This role is responsible for all aspects of the Individual Life operations, managing the process and systems to achieve operational efficiencies and services excellence. The role includes:

·  New Product Launches – reviewing and signing off for application forms, post sales documents (welcome letter, notification letter, preambles), policy contract wordings, business requirement documents; supporting application submission flow and requirements, implementing reinsurance administration process in line with reinsurance treaty (both automatic and facultative) and training of users.
·  Project Management – supporting projects on a day to day basis, working with key stakeholders on project outputs, timelines and requirements criteria, developing and maintaining plans, identifying/managing risks and monitoring/reporting progress.
·  Continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of people, process and system through System Thinking and Service Design Thinking to achieve desired Net Promoter Score.
·  Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of business projects and ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
·  Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, monitor and reports on progress of projects, problems and solutions, manage and evaluate project changes to achieve project outputs.
·  Identify and evaluate system gaps and recommend solutions for system enhancement in order to achieve defined levels of improvement in efficiency and productivity.
·  Support team capability and scalability through enhanced processes and project initiatives.

Requirements

·  Tertiary qualification
·  Preferably with Insurance certifications, e.g. CLI, ILP, FNA, HI or M5, M8, M and HI
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in New Business Operations
·  Candidates with experience in project management in New Business Operations will be advantageous
