Lead Business Intelligence Developer

Salary - £40,000 - £60,000

Then we have just the role for you! As we are currently recruiting for a Lead Business Intelligence Developer in the Norwich area.

A bit about the job:

In this role your input to design, build and maintain a strategic suite of self-serve dashboards is pivotal to enable Personal Lines to optimise performance through data-driven intelligence.

Clear collaboration with stakeholders is key to add strategically aligned enhancements, conduct regular usage reviews, prioritisation sessions and educate end users for optimisation and insight.

As a lead developer you will also provide guidance and support for other team members, to ensure we succeed together, delivering of impactful business intelligence solutions for our stakeholders.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

· 
Highly skilled builder of intuitive, insightful, and efficient self-service BI dashboards. Demonstrable knowledge of analysing, modelling, and interpreting data

· 
Deep technical knowledge and capability relating to data, data management and the provision of BI and Insight, e.g. through tools such as Qlik, Power BI or Tableau

· 
Script writing experience essential with SQL or equivalent. Practical experience of database design and data transformation, supported by ETL processing

· 
Ability to convey complex information concisely to internal and external stakeholders Head of level and below

· 
Ability to lead transformational change by creating a strong collaborative network. Focussed industry knowledge/best practice of BI platforms

Starting salary £40,000 - £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
