This an ideal job for a creative and ambitious individual to drive the future of our Partnerships business at Aviva.
A bit about the job:
You will lead the end-to-end set up and creation of a new Future Partners business, focusing on mobility and motor partnerships opportunities, with the potential of contributing >£300m GWP by 2030. Lead the strategy, commercial, customer experience, product, and distribution of our Future Partner business – developing long term partnerships with some of the largest consumer businesses in the UK. This will include owning the successful implementation of new technology as we evolve our capability to build fantastic customer experiences at pace
Skills and experience we are looking for:

Energy and passion for working at pace to bring new propositions to market that improve experiences for customers
·
Knowledge and experience of the UK personal lines motor insurance market, including customer needs and regulatory conduct considerations
·
Strong commercial acumen with experience of managing P&L outcomes utilising key trading levers across areas such as pricing, underwriting, claims, digital experiences and operations
·
Experienced in managing relationships with distributors. Experience working with Motor Manufacturers is not essential but would be very helpful in the role
·
A confident people leader – experienced in managing complex virtual teams, clear stakeholder management, and developing talented people

Salary Competitive (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
