Head of BPA Onboarding and Operations Relationships

We are currently recruiting for a Head of BPA Onboarding and Operations Relationships to join our team!
** There will be a requirement to go into the Norwich office x2 days per week.
A bit about the job:
Within this role you will be leading the BPA Inception, Implementation, Onboarding, Finalisation, DB Technical and BPA Actuarial teams to onboard the rapidly growing BPA book and develop and embed new processes and controls to deliver this in a more customer friendly, efficient, and risk-controlled manner. You will also act as product owner for the Administrator BPA system and lead the Ops Dev team tasked with embedding and continuously improving the Administrator BPA platform and modelling solutions for the onboarding of BPA schemes. You will collaborate with colleagues in COO on the delivery of customer administration as well as the other BPA functions.
