Executive , Product Implementation

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our team as Executive, Product Implementation. This is an exciting role with opportunities to cover all Aviva’s life and health insurance products, including investment-linked products, for all distribution channels.

The key responsibilities include the following:

· 
Assist the Manager in the successful implementation of new product launches and product-related projects to support sales and business growth targets of the company.

· 
Prepare checklists to ensure compliance to regulations and business standards for all product launches.

· 
Write product collaterals (eg. product summaries, policy contracts, product handbooks) and coordinate the review of these collaterals among stakeholders to obtain sign off.

· 
Ensure product collaterals are clear and easy to read for customers.

· 
Participate in product delivery meetings,  perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide pre-launch and post-launch support for all product launches and product related initiatives.

· 
Participate in ad-hoc projects / tasks that require product support such as underwriting, reinsurance or digital initiatives.

Capabilities

· 
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications  is desirable.

· 
Good English language proficiency.

· 
Strong interest in simplifying complex and detailed insurance product information for customers.

· 
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

· 
Prior experience in insurance or financial industry is preferred.
