Job description
Role Purpose
· Manning the service hotline (office hours) for direct clients and financial advisors’ enquiries
· Trades and any other ad-hoc follow up with clients/advisors
· Action on mailbox enquiries
· Deliver excellent customer service, provide accurate advice to clients/advisors and ensure zero data protection breaches or regulatory impact error
· Administrative role – e.g handle incoming fax, acknowledge and scanning of documents such as trade submission checklist etc.
· Call verification to update client details, form amendments and reset password for accounts etc.
