Executive, Distribution Support

We are looking for an Executive to be part of the driven yet fun Distribution Support team in PIAS.

The team’s main function is to support the company and financial advisors’ production reporting while maintaining healthy working relationships with not only the Distribution team but also other departments and external stakeholders.

Role Purpose

·  Reporting Management
·  Tracking and updating of sales incentives and payment requisition
·  Monthly dissemination of validation reports, sales reporting, production tracking and incentives reports managed by Distribution Support
·  Proper recording and e-filing of BD documents such as scheme agreements, reports, emails etc.
·  Provide IT/ Marketing related support for BD activities such as MDRT letter/ SMS, PD Day surveys, excel macro function, mass emails etc.
·  Support AM for business analytics on sales figures and forecasts derived from existing reports

·  Business Administration
·  Responsible for the administration function for reporting and sales incentives
·  Timely dissemination of the various reports
·  Accurate recording and e-filing of all documents
·  Assist with administration aspect of banding, contract maintenance, promotion exercise and MDRT at year end

·  Relationship/ Stakeholder Management
·  Contribute and play an active role within the Distribution Support team
·  Maintain good working relationships with Distribution Support team and other departments
·  Maintain level of professionalism at all times

Education Qualifications

·  Min Diploma holder
·  Experience in IT/ data analytics is an advantage

Required Capability:

·  Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis / Data Analytical work
·  Familiar with Distribution Operations will be an advantage
·  Skilled and experienced with using Microsoft apps, especially Word and Excel is a must
·  Proficient in Macro / Coding in Excel
·  Good communication skills both written and verbal
