We are looking for an Executive to join the energetic, vibrant and highly engaged Sales team in Aviva!

Role Purpose

·  Carry out talks in camp to servicemen with regards to MINDEF and MHA group insurance.  That will include NSFs, regular servicemen, NS men, non-uniform MINDEF and MHA personnel.
·  Plan and execute a road show at event run by the ministries.
·  Work closely with the Ministry and attend to their needs and request on the group insurance.
·  Train Affinity channel on MINDEF and MHA group insurance products.
·  Train ARC on the usage of the EBconnect and customer journey.
·  Well versed with MINDEF and MHA group insurance products.
·  Run campaigns for occasions such as SAF day, Police Day, national Day, etc.
·  Work with Marketing on DM and eDM for campaign and marketing purposes.
·  Attend to MINDEF & MHA mailboxes, answering to queries of insured members.
·  Familiar with the processes of insurance application, changes in coverage, Giro function, etc.
·  Able to travel to military camps and MHA departments.
·  Moving forward, able to work on the Aviva Singlife App and advise client to transfer to the new app.

Education Qualifications

·  Degree or Diploma in any discipline

Required Capability

·  Good communication skills
·  Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences.
·  Experience in business presentation will be a strong plus.
·  Experience in sales and/or financial advisor/planning will be advantageous
