Distribution Governance Analyst – London - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
This is a great job for someone who has experience of working within an asset management distribution team and a solid understanding of the processes underpinning new business development and client management.
A bit about the job:
As a Distribution Governance Analyst, your primary responsibility is to document all key processes followed by the Distribution team in the course of its activities. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the team to review our existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identify any gaps and ensure that all documents are up-to-date, comprehensive, and comply with Aviva’s wider risk management framework. You will also ensure that our SOPs are accompanied by one-page summaries that capture all key steps in a concise, simplified format for ease of reference by our busy team. Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all process documents are stored centrally and easily accessed by the team via our SharePoint site, updating whenever required to ensure they remain current.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Experience of working in asset management distribution.

An understanding of the processes associated with new business developments and client management.
·
Experience of documenting processes in consultation with multiple stakeholders.
·
Ability to translate complex processes into clear and user-friendly documents.
·
A keen attention to detail and ability to proof-read/edit documents.
·
An understanding of the regulatory environment for asset managers.
