We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Program and Service Management team! In this role, you will provide operational support to the Financial Advisors through service hotline.

Role Description:
· Manning the elite service hotline for Elite financial advisors’ enquiries (eg. system functionality, navigation, operations and process, transaction status, support for platform issues or errors etc)
· Trades and any other ad-hoc requirements / follow up with Elite advisors
· Deliver excellent customer service, provide accurate advice to Elite advisors and ensure zero data protection breaches or regulatory impact error
Education Qualifications
· Bachelors Degree
Required Capability:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking / Investment industry
· Strong understanding of Unit Trust
· Experience as Financial Advisor with Unit Trust knowledge are welcomed
· Team player, multi-tasking, attention to details, good communication skills, excellent customer service, in-depth product and process knowledge etc.
