Role Purpose

We are looking for a strong communicator, people- oriented and driven Client Relationship Manager to join our Group Employee Benefits team! Ever wondered what goes behind the scenes of group insurance coverage for employees and their benefits? As a CRM, you will support the Domestic Corporate Business manager in services delivery to the assigned corporate business portfolios and the following:

·  Working with assigned intermediaries as well as clients to handle enquiries and ensure smooth operations.
·  Assist in the credit control functions for existing and new businesses.
·  Coordinate with the intermediaries to promote SME facility to ensure growth and retention.
·  Participate in projects to expand and create growth in career progression.
·  Provide efficient and quality customer service to clients/ intermediaries
·  Ensure policies of assigned segment are properly set up administered
·  Provide Product and service trainings to assigned intermediaries and clients

Education Qualifications

·  Degree / Diploma of any discipline
·  Capital Markets & Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) Exams: Modules 5 & 9 (CLI, ILP equivalent)
·  Certificate in Health Insurance

Required Capability

·  1 to 2 years of experience in Employee Benefits
·  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
·  Sound understanding of the backroom insurance operations in group insurance business
·  Good Interpersonal skills
·  Communication & Negotiation skills
·  Sound Knowledge of life and health insurance products
·  Knowledge of MS Office application software
