This position reports to the Claims Recovery Assistant Manager and interfaces with Claims Recovery Executives, Claims Department, Finance Department, medical institutions and third-party insurers. The candidate is committed to a culture of close teamwork, being meticulous, be prompt and highly motivated in reaching set target for the team.
Specific Responsibilities
Trainee to be involved in:
1. Corresponding with medical institution for medical records and bills
2. Raise payment to Finance for payments to medical institution
3. Correspond with third party insurers on claims outcome
4. Receipting of reimbursements from third party insurers or internal Group Claims
5. Issuance of incentives to customers
6. Prepare management reports
7. Make outbound calls to all potential claimants, as and when required
8. Communicate with claimants on claims recovery work and benefits
9. Collect documents from claimants, work with medical institutions, and its related administrative work
10. Maintain an e-diary /register and follow up on case assignment
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Gain Experience on whole spectrum of Claims Recovery
2. Customer Service experience
3. Telephone skills

Eligibility Criteria for SGUP-EA:
• All Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible for the programme, with the exception of recent graduates who should apply for the SGUnited Traineeships Programme instead.
